Een messing wandlamp (Italië, ±1970) met een draaibare half-cilindrische kap, waarin twee lampjes verantwoordelijk zijn voor de lichtopbrengst. Door deze verstelbare kap is de lichtbundel heel goed te sturen. De lamp kan zowel horizontaal als verticaal worden bevestigd.

Sergio Bernardi is een Italiaanse ontwerper die in de jaren ’70 deel uitmaakte van het Italiaanse ‘Luce e Dimensione’. Deze lamp is nog geheel origineel en, ondanks zichtbare uiterlijke gebruikssporen, technisch in orde. Uiteraard is de lamp grondig gereinigd, maar het authentieke patina, opgebouwd in de loop der jaren, is behouden gebleven.

Mid Century Brass Wall sconce (Italy, ±1970) with an adjustable half cylindrical lamp head which contains two lightbulbs. This pivoting lamp head can direct the light beam perfectly to any direction and makes it possible to hang the lamp horizontal or vertical.

Sergio Bernardi was a member of ‘Luce e Dimensione’, Italy 1970. This wall lamp is in a technically perfect working order, despite of its user marks. Of course it has been thoroughly cleansed, but we’ve carefully honoured the patine which took years to grow.
